This is a three-story townhouse sitting directly on Perdido Bay, perfect for relaxing, isolating, swimming, kayaking, fishing, and more! With exceptional views, and water proximity you'll find nowhere else, this unit and community is unlike any other you've stayed in. You can sit and watch for dolphins as the kids play in the shallow waters right behind the unit. The bay is so much safer for swimming and playing. With the water mere steps away, and kayaks included, this unit offers excellent location and accommodations.

The lower level of the unit is the carport, which includes an area for parking, relaxing in the shade, grilling, eating lunch, and of course that direct water access! When you're done enjoying all your outdoor fun, you will enter the front door and then take a flight of stairs to Level 2.

There you will find the living room, dining room, balcony, kitchen, laundry, and half bath. Another flight of stairs will take you to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms on Level 3. The master suite offers a Queen bed, its own attached bathroom, and a private balcony. The guest room has a bunk bed that is Queen size on bottom and top bunk. There is also a twin-size roll-out bed in the guest bedroom closet.

The unit is furnished and equipped to accommodate 7 guests. No more than 7 people will be approved. To sleep 7 guests, you would utilize the master queen bed for (2) people, the guest bedroom bunk bed for (2) people on the top queen bed, (1-2) on the queen lower bed, and (1) person on the twin roll-out bed.

Within the Unit: Two (2) Kayaks with Paddles and Life Vests. Charcoal Grill, High Speed Wi-Fi, TVs in Living Room and Both Bedrooms, each able to connect to your preferred streaming services.
