This is a three story townhouse directly on Perdido Bay, perfect for relaxing, isolating, swimming, and kayaking. With exceptional views, and water proximity you'll find no where else, this unit and community is unlike any other you've stayed in. You can sit and watch for dolphins as the kids play in the shallow waters right behind the unit. The bay is so much safer for swimming and playing, and with the waters edge only like .. 6 steps away, and kayaks included, this unit offers excellent location and accommodations.

The lower level of the unit is the carport, which includes an area for parking, relaxing in the shade, grilling, eating lunch, and of course that direct water access just mere steps away. When you're done enjoying all your outdoor fun, you will enter the front door and then take a flight of stairs to Level 2.

There you will find the living room, dining room, balcony, kitchen, laundry, and half bath. Another flight of stairs will take you to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms on Level 3. The master suite has a queen size bed, attached bath, and its own private balcony. The guest room offers a Full over Full bunk bed, plus a lower pull out trundle twin, as well as an adjacent bathroom.

The unit is furnished and equipped to accommodate 2-9 guests. You and yours may only need the master and that works just as well. Or bring the whole gang! No more than 9 people will be approved. To sleep 9 guests, you would utilize the master queen bed for (2) people, the guest room bunk bed for (1-2) people on the lower full bunk and (1-2) people / children on the upper full bunk. Plus (1) on the twin trundle. There is also queen air mattress for an additional (2) people

Within the Unit: Two (2) Kayaks and Two (2) Paddle Boards with Paddles and Life Vests, Charcoal Grill, High Speed Wifi, TVs in Both Bedrooms and Living Room, each able to connect Netflix, etc.

Within the Community: Community Pool, Private Bay Access, Club House with Cardio Equipment, all of which is about 75 yards away, or a 2-3 minute walk.

This is a quiet, gated, and peaceful neighborhood located on Innerarity Island, nestled in the waters of Perdido Bay.

Perdido Key Beaches (Gulf of Mexico) are about 10 minutes away (5 miles). The complex offers a diverse mixture of friendly locals and relaxing vacationers. Neighborhood pool and fitness equipment are included as well! The pool is heated and is open year round - come enjoy!
