The lower level of the unit is the carport, which includes an area for parking, relaxing in the shade, grilling, eating lunch, and of course that direct water access just mere steps away. When you're done enjoying all your outdoor fun, you will enter the front door and then take a flight of stairs to Level 2.

If you need more room to layout in the sand, the community beach is about 150 yards away (by the pool and clubhouse). The unit itself, as mentioned, is 3 stories, with stairs (no elevator). The lower level is the carport, which includes an area for parking and relaxing in the shade. You will enter the front door at this Level 1 and then take a flight of stairs to Level 2. This is a quiet, gated neighborhood of townhomes on Innerarity Island, nestled on the waters of Perdido Bay and Kees Bayou. (Water on Both Sides!) Perdido Key Beaches (Gulf of Mexico) are about 5 miles (or 10 minutes) away. The complex offers a diverse mixture of friendly locals and relaxing vacationers.
