Or take a short 5 minute drive to Perdido Key Beaches, restaurants, etc.

This is a three story townhouse directly on Perdido Bay, perfect for relaxing, isolating, swimming, and kayaking. With exceptional views, and water proximity you'll find no where else, this unit and community is unlike any other you've stayed in. You can sit and watch for dolphins as the kids play in the shallow waters right behind the unit. The bay is much safer for swimming & playing - with the waters edge only 4 steps away, and kayaks included, this unit offers excellent location and accommodations.

The lower level of the unit is the carport, which includes an area for parking, relaxing in the shade, grilling, eating lunch, and of course that direct water access just mere steps away. When you're done enjoying all your outdoor fun, you will enter the front door and then take a flight of stairs to Level 2.

If you need more room to layout in the sand, the community beach is about 150 yards away (by the pool and clubhouse). The unit itself, as mentioned, is 3 stories, with stairs (no elevator). The lower level is the carport, which includes an area for parking and relaxing in the shade. You will enter the front door at this Level 1 and then take a flight of stairs to Level 2. There you will find the living room, dining room, balcony, kitchen, half bathroom, and the first bedroom, with 2 twin beds. Another flight of stairs will take you to the two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on Level 3. The master suite has a queen bed, attached bath, and its own private balcony. The second suite also offers a queen bed and has its bathroom right next to it. From Innerarity Townhomes, you can quickly get to Innerarity Point Park, just 2 miles away, or Perdido Key beaches, just 5 miles away!

This is a quiet, gated neighborhood of townhomes on Innerarity Island, nestled on the waters of Perdido Bay and Kees Bayou. (Water on Both Sides!) Perdido Key Beaches (Gulf of Mexico) are about 5 miles (or 10 minutes) away. The complex offers a diverse mixture of friendly locals and relaxing vacationers.
