The unit is furnished and equipped to accommodate 6 guests. No more than 6 people will be approved. To sleep 6 guests, you would utilize the master king bed for (2) people, the guest queen bed for (2) people and the sleeper sofa for (1-2) people.

Guests will have access to all of the amenities of the existing Phase 1 of Innerarity Townhomes, including the heated pool, clubhouse, and community beach areas.

Within the Unit: Two (2) Kayaks, (2) Paddles, adult and youth Life Vests, Charcoal Grill, Private highspeed Wi-Fi, TV's in Living Room and both Bedrooms; each able to connect to your preferred streaming services.

Within the Community: Guests will have access to all of the amenities of the existing phase 1 of Innerarity Townhomes, including the Heated Pool, clubhouse/Gym, and community beach areas, all by utilizing the connecting boardwalk!

Perdido Key Beaches (Gulf of Mexico) are about 10 minutes away (5 miles). The complex offers a diverse mixture of friendly locals and relaxing vacationers. Neighborhood pool and fitness equipment are included as well! The pool is heated and is open year round - come enjoy!
