This is a three story townhouse DIRECTLY on Perdido Bay, perfect for relaxing and isolating. With exceptional views from all windows, and proximity you'll find no where else, this unit and community is unlike any other you've stayed in. You literally step off your back porch onto the sand.

The lower level of the unit is the carport, which includes an area for parking, relaxing in the shade, and direct water access just mere steps away. And we really mean like ... steps away! When you're done enjoying all your outdoor fun, you will enter the front door and then take a flight of stairs to Level 2. There you will find the living room, dining room, private balcony, kitchen, laundry, and half bath. With a fully stocked kitchen and unparalleled views, your family time will be well spent throughout this area of the home. Another flight of stairs will take you to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms on Level 3. The master suite offers a queen bed and has its own private bathroom and balcony. The guest room also has a queen bed and its own adjacent bathroom.

The unit is furnished and equipped to accommodate 2-6 guests. You and yours may only need the master and that works just as well. Or bring the whole gang! No more than 6 people will be approved. To sleep 6 guests, you would utilize the master queen bed for (2) people, the guest queen bed for (2) people, and the queen sleeper sofa for (1-2) people.

Perdido Key Beaches (Gulf of Mexico) are about 10 minutes away (5 miles). The complex offers a diverse mixture of friendly locals and relaxing vacationers. Neighborhood pool and fitness equipment are included as well! The pool is heated and is open year round - come enjoy!
