This is a three story townhouse directly on Perdido Bay, perfect for relaxing, isolating, swimming, lounging, kayaking, and paddle boarding. You can sit and watch for dolphins as the kids play in the shallow waters right behind the unit. The bay is so much safer for swimming and playing, and with the waters edge only like .. 4 steps away. With 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, and a water mat included, this unit offers excellent location AND accommodations.

The lower level of the unit is the carport, which includes an area for parking, relaxing in the shade, grilling, eating lunch, and of course that direct water access just mere steps away. When you're done enjoying all your outdoor fun, you will enter the front door and then take a flight of stairs to Level 2.

There you will find the living room, its private balcony, the dining area, balcony, kitchen, laundry, and half bath. Another flight of stairs will take you to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms on Level 3. The master suite has its own private balcony, a king bed, and an on suite private bathroom.

The unit is furnished and equipped to accommodate 2-6 guests. To sleep 6 guests, you would utilize the master king bed for (2) people, the guest queen bed for (2) people, and for up to 2 additional guests, a queen air mattress, and additional bedding, is provided.

Within the Unit: Two (2) Kayaks with Paddles and Life Vests, (1) Paddle Board with paddle, Floating Water Mat, Charcoal Grill, High Speed Wifi, TVs with New Roku's in Both Bedrooms and Living Room

Perdido Key Beaches (Gulf of Mexico) are about 10 minutes away (5 miles). The complex offers a diverse mixture of friendly locals and relaxing vacationers. Neighborhood pool and fitness equipment are included as well! The pool is heated and is open year round - come enjoy!
