This is a three story townhouse directly on Perdido Bay, perfect for relaxing, isolating, swimming, and kayaking. With exceptional views, and proximity you'll find no where else, this unit and community is unlike any other you've stayed in. 10 steps or less to the water, and super close to the pool, this unit offers excellent location and accommodations.

The lower level of the unit is the carport, which includes an area for parking, relaxing in the shade, and direct water access just mere steps away. The unit includes a single rider kayak AND a tandem two person kayak, which you can launch from right behind the unit! When you're done enjoying all your outdoor fun, you will enter the front door and then take a flight of stairs to Level 2.

There you will find the living room, dining room, balcony, kitchen, laundry, and half bath. Another flight of stairs will take you to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms on Level 3. The master suite offers a king bed and has its own private bathroom and balcony. The guest room has a queen bed and a bathroom right next to it.

This unit is equipped to accommodate 4-6 guests. No more than 6 people will be approved. To sleep 6 guests, you would utilize the master king bed for (2) people, the guest queen bed for (2) people, and the full size sleeper sofa for an additional (1-2) people. Extra sheets, pillows, blanket bundle provided.

Within the Unit: Two (2) Kayaks with Paddles and Life Vests (one is a single rider kayak and one is a tandem two person kayak), Charcoal Grill, High Speed Wi-Fi, TVs in Living Room and Master, each able to connect Netflix, etc.

Within the Community: Community Heated Pool, Private Beach, Club House & Gym, all within steps of the unit

This is a quiet, gated, and peaceful neighborhood located on Innerarity Island, nestled in the waters of Perdido Bay.

Perdido Key Beaches (Gulf of Mexico) are about 10 minutes away (5 miles). The complex offers a diverse mixture of friendly locals and relaxing vacationers. Neighborhood pool and fitness equipment are included as well! The pool is heated and is open year round - come enjoy!
