The lower level of the unit is the carport, which includes an area for parking, relaxing in the shade, and direct water access just mere steps away. When you're done enjoying all your outdoor fun, you will enter the front door and then take a flight of stairs to Level 2.

There you will find the living room, dining room, balcony, kitchen, laundry, and half bath. Another flight of stairs will take you to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms on Level 3. The master suite offers a king bed and has its own private bathroom and balcony. The guest room has a queen bed and also offers beautiful views and a bathroom right next to it.
