This is a three story townhouse directly on Perdido Bay, perfect for relaxing, isolating, swimming, and kayaking. With exceptional views, and water proximity you'll find no where else, this unit and community is unlike any other you've stayed in. You can sit and watch for dolphins as the kids play in the shallow waters right behind the unit!

The lower level of the unit is the carport, which includes an area for parking, relaxing in the shade, grilling, eating lunch, and of course that direct water access just mere steps away. When you're done enjoying all your outdoor fun, you will enter the front door and then take a flight of stairs to Level 2.

There you will find the living room, private balcony, dining room, kitchen, laundry, and half bath. Another flight of stairs will take you to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms on Level 3. The master suite has its own private balcony, on suite bathroom, and a king bed. The guest bedroom also offers an adjacent bathroom, another king bed, and gorgeous views out of its double window. Beautiful water views from all windows.

The unit is furnished and equipped to accommodate 2-6 guests. To sleep 6 guests, you would utilize the master king bed for (2) people, the guest king bed for (2) people, and for up to 2 additional guests a queen size air mattress and bedding is provided.

Within the Unit: Two (2) Kayaks with Paddles and Life Vests, Charcoal Grill, High Speed Wi-Fi, TVs in Both Bedrooms and Living Room, each able to connect Netflix, etc.

Within the Community: Community Heated Pool, Community Beach, Club & Gym, all of which is less than a 3 to 4 minute walk.

This is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood located on Innerarity Island, nestled in the waters of Perdido Bay.

Perdido Key Beaches (Gulf of Mexico) are about 10 minutes away (5 miles). The complex offers a diverse mixture of friendly locals and relaxing vacationers. Neighborhood pool and fitness equipment are included as well! The pool is heated and is open year round - come enjoy!
