This is a three story townhome that overlooks Perdido Bay! It is located in the newly built Phase 2 of Innerarity Townhomes, a community that sits on a shallow, calm, and private cove along the bay's edge. The lower level of the unit is the carport; includes an area for parking, kayaks, charcoal grill and picnic table for taking a load off in the shade. Within the Community: Guests will have access to all of the amenities of the existing phase 1 of Innerarity Townhomes, including the Heated Pool, Clubhouse/Gym, and community beach areas all by utilizing the connecting boardwalk!
