Level 2 is where you'll find the living room, dining room, private balcony, kitchen, laundry and half bath. With a fully stocked kitchen and unparalleled views, your family time will be well spent throughout this area of the home. Level 3 is where the master suite offers a King bed and has its own private bathroom and balcony. The guest room has a queen bed and its own adjacent bathroom. Within the Unit: Three (3) Kayaks with Paddles & Life Vests, Charcoal Grill, High Speed Wi-Fi and TVs in all rooms. Within the Community: Community Heated Pool, Private Beach directly adjacent to the unit, Club House & Gym. Most of our interaction will be over Airbnb direct messaging - both for your convenience and privacy. Check-in instructions and additional information for your unit will be provided through Airbnb. If an issue or emergency occurs, our office is onsite. No more than 6 people will be approved. To sleep 6 guests, you would utilize the master King bed for (2) people, the guest bedroom Queen size bed for (2) people and the sleeper sofa in the living room. 2) Our community rules prohibit rental units from allowing pets or we can be fined. We cannot make exceptions to our No Pets policy. If you are found to have a pet during your stay, your security deposit will be charged, and you will have to board the pet or depart without refund. However, you may see pets on the community property, as the rules allow the Owners of units to have pets. 3) You must be 25 years of age to make a reservation. Exceptions may apply for married couples over 21.
