Perdido Pearl is on the 4th floor, and thus offers some of the best views out across the pool, beach path, and out to the Gulf. From your unit, it is just an elevator ride down to this building's pool and hot tub. Once you step off the elevator, it is a 3 minute walk thru the pool, past the grilling area, along the short beach path and board walk and your toes are in the gorgeous white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. If that gets too crowded, you can take the short walk across the community bridge and pond to the other building, which also has a pool, hot tub, and beach access point via the Perdido Key Public Beach Access 1. Back in the unit, as you enter the front door, the entry hall will lead you first to the Master Bedroom, then the unit's updated bathroom, on past the washer & dryer and to the twin size bunks built into the hall. You then enter the open living room, which overlooks the balcony and includes a sleeper sofa. The adjoining dining area leads to the remodeled, fully stocked kitchen where you will have all you need to prepare meals, hang out, see and socialize with the rest of the room. The Balcony is where days will begin and end, with your beverage of choice, soaking in great views with your favorite people. Grand Caribbean of Perdido Key sits in the center of core Perdido Key. The resort offers its guests two pools, two hot tubs, and two convenient, walkable access points right to the beach. These are gate buildings, located on the Gulf side of the road adjacent to Perdido Key Public Beach Access #1, plus it has its own private board walk to the beach. You can walk to multiple nearby restaurants, or take a short drive to many other dining, shopping, and beach access options! In addition to being able to walk directly to the private Beach access, there are several other beach accesses & nearby restaurants that you can also walk to. *Perdido Public Beach #1 is a 5 minutes walk *Johnson's Beach is a 10 minute walk *Jellyfish Restaurant, Paul's Pizza, Deep Blue Seafood, The Perdido Key Sports Bar, Pedro's Mexican Restaurant, & The Perdido Key Breakfast Club are all a short walk or shorter drive. *Dozens of other restaurants are within a 5-15 minute drive, as well as multiple grocery stores, gas stations, etc. *You'll find fun, laid back nightlife all around, including Hub Stacy's and Perdido Key Sports Bar, or venture down to the infamous FloraBama, about 10 minutes away *National Naval Aviation Museum (NAS) is about 15 minutes away If you are wanting to venture further... *Orange Beach is a 15 minute drive *Gulf Shores is a 25 minute drive *Pensacola Beach is a 45 minute drive *The Wharf (shopping, dining, movie theater) is 20 minutes away *Tanger Outlets (shopping) and Lamberts (famous dining) are about 40 minute away *Downtown Pensacola, which has fantastic restaurants, museums, and nightlife, is about 30 minutes away.

1) The unit is furnished and equipped to accommodate 5 guests. No more than 5 people will be approved. To sleep 5 guests, you would utilize the queen bed in the bedroom (2 people), bunk beds in the hall (1-2 people), and Queen sofa bed (1-2 people).

2) Our community rules prohibit rental units from allowing pets or we can be fined. We cannot make exceptions to our No Pets policy. If you are found to have a pet during your stay, your security deposit will be charged, and you will have to board the pet or depart without refund. However, you may see pets on the community property, as the rules allow the Owners of units to have pets.

3) You must be 25 years of age to make a reservation. Exceptions may apply for married couples over 21. Anyone in your party under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or a guardian.
