This is a three story townhouse directly on Perdido Bay, perfect for relaxing, isolating, swimming, and kayaking. You can sit and watch for dolphins as the kids play in the shallow waters right behind the unit. The lower level of the unit is the carport, which includes an area for parking, relaxing in the shade, grilling, eating lunch, and of course that direct water access just mere steps away. When you're done enjoying all your outdoor fun, you will enter the front door and then take a flight of stairs to Level 2.

There you will find the living and dining room, balcony, kitchen, half bathroom, and the first bedroom. This bedroom includes a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full-size on the bottom. Another flight of stairs will take you to the two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, as well as the laundry room, on Level 3. The master suite has a king size bed, attached bath, and its own private balcony. The second suite offers a queen bed, an attached private bathroom, and coastal views.
