This is a three story townhouse directly on Perdido Bay, perfect for relaxing, isolating, swimming, and kayaking. With exceptional views, and water proximity you'll find no where else, this unit and community is unlike any other you've stayed in. You can sit and watch for dolphins as the kids play in the shallow waters right behind the unit. The bay is so much safer for swimming and playing, and with the waters edge only like .. 6 steps away, and kayaks included, this unit offers excellent location and accommodations.

The lower level of the unit is the carport, which includes an area for parking, relaxing in the shade, grilling, eating lunch, and of course that direct water access just mere steps away. When you're done enjoying all your outdoor fun, you will enter the front door and then take a flight of stairs to Level 2. There you will find the living room, dining room, balcony, kitchen, laundry, and half bath. Another flight of stairs will take you to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms on Level 3. The master suite offers a queen bed and has its own private bathroom and balcony. The guest room has a queen bed as well as the base of the bunk bed, plus a twin bed above it. The guest room also offers beautiful views and a bathroom right next to it.

Within the Unit: Two (2) Kayaks with Paddles and Life Vests, Charcoal Grill, High Speed Wi-Fi and cable, TVs in Living Room and Master, each able to connect Netflix, etc.
