Welcome to the Sunny Side! Come enjoy fun and relaxation right outside your back door! Sitting directly on a calm, private, shallow cove of Perdido Bay, Sunny Side provides the perfect place for families to swim and play safely. This 2 bed/2.5 bath sleeps 7 people across 4 different beds and includes a fully stocked kitchen, laundry, 4 Kayaks, and more! Spend all day here, tucked away from the hustle and bustle, or take a short 5 minute drive to Perdido Key Beach, restaurants, parks, and more!

This is a three story townhouse directly on Perdido Bay, perfect for relaxing, isolating, swimming, and kayaking. With exceptional views, and water proximity you'll find no where else, this unit and community is unlike any other you've stayed in. You can sit and watch for dolphins as the kids play in the shallow waters right behind the unit. The bay is so much safer for swimming and playing, and with the waters edge only like .. 4 steps away, and kayaks included, this unit offers excellent location and accommodations.

The lower level of the unit is the carport, which includes an area for parking, relaxing in the shade, grilling, eating lunch, and of course that direct water access just mere steps away. When you're done enjoying all your outdoor fun, you will enter the front door and then take a flight of stairs to Level 2.

There you will find the living room, dining room, balcony, kitchen, laundry, and half bath. The queen sleeper sofa and twin sleeper sofa are both in the living room there on Level 2. Another flight of stairs will take you to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms on Level 3. The master suite offers a king bed and has its own private bathroom and balcony. The guest room has a queen bed and also offers beautiful views and a bathroom right next to it.

The unit is furnished and equipped to accommodate 7 guests. No more than 7 people will be approved. To sleep 7 guests, you would utilize the master king bed for (2) people, the guest queen bed for (2) people, the queen sleeper sofa for (2) people, and the twin sleeper sofa for (1) person.

Within the Unit: Four (4) Kayaks with Paddles and Life Vests (2 kayaks are single rider and 2 kayaks are tandem for 2 people each, so up to 6 can ride). Charcoal Grill, High Speed Wi-Fi, TVs in Living Room and Both Bedrooms, each able to connect to your preferred streaming services.

Within the Community: Community Heated Pool, Private Beach, Club House & Gym, all just a short walk away from the unit

This is a quiet, gated and peaceful neighborhood located on Innerarity Island, nestled in the waters of Perdido Bay.

Perdido Key Beaches (Gulf of Mexico) are about 10 minutes away (5 miles). The complex offers a diverse mixture of friendly locals and relaxing vacationers. Neighborhood pool and fitness equipment are included as well! The pool is heated and is open year round - come enjoy!
