Welcome to the Tranquil Seas! Come enjoy beautiful views, coffee on the balconies, and the peaceful waters. Our oasis sits directly on a calm, private, shallow cove of Perdido Bay, providing the perfect place for families to play safely. This 2 bed/2.5 bath sleeps 4-6 and includes a fully stocked kitchen, laundry, 2 Kayaks, and more! Spend all day right here enjoying the quiet serenity, tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Or take a short 5 minute drive to Perdido Key Beach, restaurants, etc.

This is a three story townhouse directly on Perdido Bay, perfect for relaxing, isolating, swimming, and kayaking. With exceptional views, and proximity you'll find no where else, this unit and community is unlike any other you've stayed in. 10 steps or less to the water, and super close to the pool, this unit offers excellent location and accommodations.

The lower level of the unit is the carport, which includes an area for parking, relaxing in the shade, and direct water access just mere steps away. When you're done enjoying all your outdoor fun, you will enter the front door and then take a flight of stairs to Level 2.

There you will find the living room, dining room, balcony, kitchen, laundry, and half bath. Another flight of stairs will take you to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms on Level 3. The master suite offers a queen bed and has its own private bathroom and balcony. The guest room has a queen bed as well. The guest room also offers beautiful views and a bathroom right next to it.

The unit is furnished and equipped to accommodate 4-6 guests. No more than 6 people will be approved. This home can sleep 4 people on the beds or cozy up onto the comfortable sofa in the living room if a 5th and 6th person, such as children, need to stay! There is also a queen air mattress available, with an extra sheet, pillows, blanket bundle provided.

Within the Unit: Two (2) Kayaks with Paddles and Life Vests, One (1) Paddle Board with Paddle, Charcoal Grill, High Speed Wi-Fi, TVs in Living Room and Master, each able to connect Netflix, etc.

Within the Community: Community Heated Pool, Private Beach, Club House & Gym, all all just 25 yards away from the unit

This is a quiet, gated, and peaceful neighborhood located on Innerarity Island, nestled in the waters of Perdido Bay.

Perdido Key Beaches (Gulf of Mexico) are about 10 minutes away (5 miles). The complex offers a diverse mixture of friendly locals and relaxing vacationers. Neighborhood pool and fitness equipment are included as well! The pool is heated and is open year round - come enjoy!
