This is a three story townhouse located in Innerarity Townhomes. The community sits right between Perdido Bay to the north and Kees Bayou/Intercoastal Waterway to the South. The Calm Palm offers beautiful views out to the Intercoastal, with Ono Island on the horizon. You can sit and watch the boats go by as the kids play in the yard behind the unit. Our community beach is about 100 yards away (by the pool and clubhouse) and will be where you can put your toes in the sand, swim, and launch the kayaks. The unit itself, as mentioned, is 3 stories, with stairs (no elevator). The lower level is the carport, which includes an area for parking, relaxing in the shade, and the yard out back.
