Located in Innerarity Townhomes, the unit overlooks the Intercoastal Waterway & has direct access to Perdido Bay at our community beach, perfect for families to relax, play, & paddle safely. Spend all day here enjoying the heated pool, kayaking, etc, or take a quick drive to Perdido Key beaches, dining, & more

This is a three story townhouse located in Innerarity Townhomes. The community sits right between Perdido Bay to the north and Kees Bayou/Intercoastal Waterway to the South. The Calm Palm offers beautiful views out to the Intercoastal, with Ono Island on the horizon. You can sit and watch the boats go by as the kids play in the yard behind the unit. Our community beach is about 100 yards away (by the pool and clubhouse) and will be where you can put your toes in the sand, swim, and launch the kayaks. The unit itself, as mentioned, is 3 stories, with stairs (no elevator). The lower level is the carport, which includes an area for parking, relaxing in the shade, and the yard out back. You will enter the front door at this Level 1 and then take a flight of stairs to Level 2. There you will find the living room, dining room, balcony, kitchen, and half bathroom. Another flight of stairs will take you to the two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on Level 3. The master suite has a king size bed, attached bath, and its own private balcony. The second suite offers a queen bed, a bathroom right next to it, and the washer and dryer. From Innerarity Townhomes, you can quickly get to Innerarity Point Park, just 2 miles away, or Perdido Key beaches, just 5 miles away!

Within the Unit: Two (2) Kayaks with Paddles and Life Vests, Charcoal Grill, High Speed Wi-Fi, Living Room and all bedrooms have TVs

Within the Community: Community Heated Pool, Private Beach, Club House & Gym, all of which is less than a 3 minute walk.

This is a quiet, gated neighborhood of townhomes on Innerarity Island, nestled on the waters of Perdido Bay and Kees Bayou. Perdido Key Beaches (Gulf of Mexico) are about 5 miles (or 10 minutes) away. The complex offers a diverse mixture of friendly locals and relaxing vacationers. You may enjoy the neighborhood beaches, pool, cardio gym! The pool is heated and is open year-round. Come enjoy!
