I have stayed at two of John's listings at this location at least five times. I will be coming back. John is great and the location is great. I wish I had some constructive feedback, but this place is solid and exactly as advertised. Props to John for being very communicative and keeping a very nice place at a reasonable price.

It was my first time in the area so this place was the best we could have picked. Didn't have one problem while there! Bonus the linens smelt great, didn't smell like hotel linens!

the condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen appliances and even had a started pack with dish soap, laundry soap etc. we reached out to john about some things to do and he responded back quickly. this is our 2nd time staying here. we will be back.

Spent 4 days at John’s place with 3 grandkids. Everything went great.. the kayaks were a big hit with the kids. Being on the bayside was good too, as the beach surf was pretty rough most days. I’ve stayed at a lot of AirBnB’s and I must say John was the most responsive host I’ve encountered.

Very relaxing place. Very clean, and enough starter stuff in the house in case you forget.
Very relaxing place. Very clean, and enough starter stuff in the house in case you forget. It was nice having the water right there to hang out and enjoy. Stores, restaurants and shopping all close by.
