The lower level of the unit is the carport, which includes an area for parking, relaxing in the shade, and direct water access just mere steps away. And we really mean like ... steps away! When you're done enjoying all your outdoor fun, you will enter the front door and then take a flight of stairs to Level 2. There you will find the living room, dining room, private balcony, kitchen, laundry, half bath and full size with trundle. With fun décor, a fully stocked kitchen, and unparalleled views, your family time will be well spent throughout this area of the home. Another flight of stairs will take you to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms on Level 3. The master suite offers a king bed and has its own private bathroom and balcony. The guest room has a bunk bed, with bottom bunk queen size and top bunk twin, and its own on-suite attached bathroom. This room also also offers beautiful views across the community pool, allowing you to keep an eye on your party, or scope out when it's not crowded. Every room has stellar views for all to enjoy!!

1) The unit is furnished and equipped to accommodate 2-7 guests. You and yours may only need the master and that works just as well. Or bring the whole gang! No more than 7 people will be approved. To sleep 7 guests, you would utilize the master king bed for (2) people, the guest bunk bed for (2) people, (bottom bunk is queen size). (1) person for top bunk , and the queen sleeper air mattress for (1-2) people.

Within the Unit: Two (2) Kayaks with Paddles and Life Vests. Two (2) SUPS (Stand Up Paddleboards) with Paddles and Life Vests. Charcoal Grill, High Speed Wi-Fi, TVs in Living Room and Both Bedrooms, each able to connect to your preferred streaming services.
