This is a three story townhouse directly on Perdido Bay, perfect for relaxing and isolating. With exceptional views from all windows, and proximity you'll find no where else, this unit and community is unlike any other you've stayed in. 10 steps or less to the water, 20 steps to the pool, 30 steps to the Community Beach. PRIME Location

The lower level of the unit is the carport, which includes an area for parking, relaxing in the shade, and direct water access just mere steps away. And we really mean like ... steps away! When you're done enjoying all your outdoor fun, you will enter the front door and then take a flight of stairs to Level 2. There you will find the living room, dining room, private balcony, kitchen, laundry, half bath and full size with trundle. With fun décor, a fully stocked kitchen, and unparalleled views, your family time will be well spent throughout this area of the home. Another flight of stairs will take you to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms on Level 3. The master suite offers a king bed and has its own private bathroom and balcony. The guest room has a bunk bed, with bottom bunk queen size and top bunk twin, and its own on-suite attached bathroom. This room also also offers beautiful views across the community pool, allowing you to keep an eye on your party, or scope out when it's not crowded. Every room has stellar views for all to enjoy!!

1) The unit is furnished and equipped to accommodate 2-7 guests. You and yours may only need the master and that works just as well. Or bring the whole gang! No more than 7 people will be approved. To sleep 7 guests, you would utilize the master king bed for (2) people, the guest bunk bed for (2) people, (bottom bunk is queen size). (1) person for top bunk , and the queen sleeper air mattress for (1-2) people.

Within the Unit: Two (2) Kayaks with Paddles and Life Vests. Two (2) SUPS (Stand Up Paddleboards) with Paddles and Life Vests. Charcoal Grill, High Speed Wi-Fi, TVs in Living Room and Both Bedrooms, each able to connect to your preferred streaming services.

Within the Community: Community Heated Pool, Private Beach, Club House and Gym, all just steps from the unit.

Looking to go to the Gulf Beaches? There are multiple public beach accesses in Perdido Key, such as Johnson's Beach, just 5 miles away.

This is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood located on Innerarity Island, nestled in the waters of Perdido Bay.

Perdido Key Beaches (Gulf of Mexico) are about 10 minutes away (5 miles). The complex offers a diverse mixture of friendly locals and relaxing vacationers. Neighborhood pool and fitness equipment are included as well! The pool is heated and is open year round - come enjoy!
