Great for families with young kids
We really enjoyed staying here! It was great for us with young kids 8 and under. I liked that it was gated for safety reasons but there was so much to do for the kids. This place is great for families and young kids. John was great at responding fast to my questions. We will definitely be coming back here.
Lots to do nearby
This is a great unit with lots to do nearby. John was quickly responsive in letting us know about a minor issue in the complex. Water is right outside the carport!

We totally enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was exactly as pictured. We used the kayaks, swimming pool and the weight room. We would recommend this property to anyone. We stayed one month and found something to do every day. It was awesome to wake up and have our coffee on the patio looking out at the water. We had an amazing time for our 1st time staying in Florida and will plan on doing it again. Thanks again
Very Beautiful views
Very beautiful views. Good location, about 10 minutes from beach access. All around a great stay and extremely peaceful. We had an issue with our grill and it was replaced same day no issues. The host is kind and responsive. The unit is great and we will most definitely come back
Great week stay
We had a great week staying there. We loved that it was close to the bigger beaches, but "off the beaten path" so we could rest an relax. One of our children has Autism, so having a quite place away from a lot of people is a must for him! If you're staying for the week, go to Johnson beach first and you get access all week for $25. We went the 2nd to last day, but still found it worth it!

This was our second time staying and it was amazing. Can’t wait to come back
